The apartment is located on the 4th floor of residence Cala Merced, a small-scale closed complex. It is south facing, has beautiful views over the bay and there's sun all day long. The apartment is larger than most of the other apartments in the complex and also has a large private roof terrace.

It's a fully furnished modern apartment. There is a spacious living room, a luxurious kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, a combination microwave/oven and large fridge/freezer.

The complex has a beautifully landscaped tropical garden with a large swimming pool and, among other things, a sports field and jeu de boules court. There is an underground parking garage and an elevator in the complex.

The apartment comes with a large roof terrace of 50m² with complete privacy. You can reach the terrace by taking the stairs right next to the entrance of the apartment. There's also a private parking space available in the garage underneath the apartment complex.

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies with umbrellas. The spacious living room also has a sofa bed that offers an extra sleeping place for 2 people. It has an official rental permit.

There is both air conditioning and heating. There is stable free WiFi and a flat screen TV with chromecast, with which you can stream your own content. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, a hair dryer, ironing board and iron are provided, as well as plenty of kitchen utensils, glasses and dishes and pans.

In the high season there are mainly families in the complex and there is supervision at the pool and beach.

In the early and late season it is very suitable for winter visitors. In the winter months cheaper rates apply for a stay of at least 4 weeks. You can contact us about this.

Location

The Costa Blanca has a pleasant climate all year round and with about 300 sunny days a year it's ideal for spending the winter months. According to the WHO, it is even one of the healthiest regions in Europe.

Het appartement is gelegen tussen de badplaatsen El Campello en Villajoyosa en ligt op 20 minuten van de Luchthaven van Alicante. Benidorm met diverse pretparken en dierenparken liggen op 15 minuten afstand en Alicante is eveneens binnen 15 minuten te bereiken

The apartment has a nice view over the bay and surrounding area. The cozy beach of Lanuza is located behind the complex. In the summer there is a lifeguard on duty here.

There are a few small supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The lively seaside resorts of El Campello and Villajoysa are a 10 minute drive away. There you'll find larger supermarkets like Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Dia and Consum.

Within walking distance from the apartment there's the tram stop of Venta Lanuza. From here you can reach most of the seaside resorts. The tramway itself offers a nice scenic route going from Alicante to Denia. It's recommendend that you rent a car (possibly at the airport) because exlporing the inland is worthwhile as well. For children there are various amusement and animal parks in the area mostly around Benidorm. In the apartment there's a binder with information about the area and tips for (day) trips, walks and nice restaurants.
